1. That the Applicant Dr. Braja Sundar Pradhan, resident of Flat No. 703, Agate Block, My Home Jewel, Madinagauda Village, Miyapur, Hydrabad.
The Applicant is a law abiding citizen of the country and is being falsely implicated in th aforsaid case.

2. That the complaint Shri Anil Motihar, Managing Director, Kee Pharma Limited, A-1, Community Centre, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi - 110028 filed a complaint, inter alia, against the Applicant before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.
