The applicant most humbly prays as under:-
1. That the Applicant Dr. Braja Sundar Pradhan son of Shri Udyanath Pradhan resident of Flat No. 703, Agate Block, My Home Jewel. Madinagauda Village, Miyapur, Hydrabad is a law abiding citizen of the country and is being falsely implicated in the aforesaid case.
2. That the Applicant had filed Bail application No. 41/17 in the aforesaid case which was listed for hearing before the court of Shri Raj Kapoor, learned Additional Sessions Judge-03, Patiala House Courts, NDD, New Delhi. Vide orders dated 7th January, 2017 the Hon'ble Court was pleased.
