Issue notice.
Mr. Arvind Datar, learned Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, states that if time is extended for a further period of three months from today, he will make the necessary Signature Not Verified deposit of the amount mentioned in the impugned order dated Digitally signed by VISHAL ANAND Date: 2018.01.30 16:30:27 IST Reason:
06.11.2017 with interest thereon @ 8% per annum w.e.f. 26.05.2012 till payment.
In view of this statement, we stay the winding up process including the appointment of the Provisional Liquidator. However, we make it clear that, in case this amount is not deposited along with interest before the Registry of this Court within the stipulated time, the Special Leave Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
